Then add food items to the calendar until a green check mark appears each day (which means you have the proper amount of calories). Then follow your calendar and you will achieve your weight goal. The app also allows you to save and track your personal data (weight, height, waist size, body fat, BMI, etc.) (The difference between the pro version and regular version is the pro version does not have advertisements and has more food items to chose from.)
